SPECIAL EVENTS CONTRACT
The Education and Recreation Department agrees to handle the reservations
for special events, sponsored by clubs and mutuals according
to the following policies: 
*E&R will take reservations in place of the club/organization/mutual, not
in conjunction with. 
*E&R will accept a check or money order made payable to the
organization or it's treasurer. 
*Checks must be collected and signed for by the designated representative at
least once per week between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. 
*Only one price will be accepted regardless of entree choices. 
*Ticket sales will start on the publication date of the paper. 
*E&R will handle one event per club/mutual at a time.
