Judy Frumkin taught Spanish for over 40 years in high school and college and after she retired, she spent three years teaching lifelong learning classes at the Renaissance Institute located at Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore, MD. For the last thirty years of her career, she taught in public schools in Baltimore, MD as well as at Sojourner Douglass College and the Baltimore City Community College. She has also conducted many exchange programs with her students to Spanish-speaking countries. She has travelled extensively through Spanish-speaking countries, including Spain, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, Colombia and Ecuador.
She graduated from the American University and received her M.Ed. from Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD. She also has certificates of attendance from the Universidad Menedez Pelayo in Santander, Spain.
She is a resident of Leisure World and lives in Vantage Point West.
