Millionaires aren’t as rare as they used to be. Saving for the future can be a tough and intimidating venture, often leaving those in the middle class feeling frustrated with the state of their savings. Surprisingly Simple Strategies to Grow and Enjoy Your Wealth has the tips and insider information needed in order to feel financially secure and ease the stress that comes with managing savings. Clark delivers thorough, yet accessible advice for those who aspire to be, or already are, middle-class millionaires.

The phrase “middle class” means different things to different people and surprisingly, so does the term “millionaire.” The middle class makes up most of the population, partly because it’s defined in such vague terms. In other words, it means that the household earns a yearly income that hits above the poverty line but falls shy of the upper class. These people come from all walks of life, holding various types of jobs and leading vastly different lives. Despite these differences, there is one thing that middle-classers have in common: they work hard to live well and without realizing it, they may very well be on the path toward becoming millionaires.

Clark  will discuss the book and focus on the Section “How to Transition into Retirement and Beyond”. Clark can discuss topics relevant to Leisure World residents such as When to Take Social Security Benefits, Managing Retirement Income, Planned Giving, and Managing Health Care and Long-Term Care Costs in Retirement. He can answer questions residents have or even family of residents may have. The Center for Lifelong Learning will host Clark Kendall Thursday, September 19th at 2:00 PM in Clubhouse 1 with his presentation “Sound Advice For Securing Your Financial Future.” As seniors age and approach retirement, there are numerous concerns about their savings and investments.
