Samantha Cheng and produced by Heritage Series, LLC, in association with the U.S. Capitol Historical Society (USCHS) and the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS). The documentary is part of the Asian Pacific American Members of Congress History Project series, which presents the distinguished service of Asian Pacific Americans in U.S. politics
